Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting CARICON and our mission to uplift Caribbean culture through literature and the arts. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Please note: During special promotions or major events (like CARICON Conference), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship from the United States and deliver to most locations in the Caribbean, North America, and select international destinations.

 

Tracking numbers are provided with all shipments when available.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues are outside of our control. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at support@cari-con.org within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
